Betsy is the co-creator and co-trainer for the Community Boards Conflict Coaching Trainings. She is a versatile and highly accomplished Conflict Resolution and Communication Specialist. Betsy started in the Music Industry and spent 25 years as a manager/agent for composers in Film and TV. For the past 15 years she has been working as a mediator/facilitator, Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach and Conflict Coach. She also teaches the Peer Resource Classes, in the Tamalpais Union High School District, communication and listening techniques which are used for peer mentoring and life skills. Betsy helped bring the first 5 Wellness Centers to the Tamalpais Union High School District in Marin County, Ca. Now, 8 years later, Wellness Centers are opening up all over the state. She is a lobbyist for teen mental health issues thru her work at JFCS in San Francisco.
